Accepted Payment Methods
Cash on Pick-Up For your convenience, we gladly accept cash payments directly to your driver upon pick-up or drop-off.

Bank Transfer If you prefer to pay ahead of time, we accept direct bank transfers to our local Indonesian accounts send via Email or WhatsApp.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To guarantee your booking, especially during peak travel seasons or for large groups, a small deposit may be required.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for round-trip bookings and multi-day tours. The remaining balance can be paid in cash to your driver.

Cancellations: We understand that travel plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your ride for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Flight Delays: Do not worry if your flight is delayed! We track all incoming flights to Lombok International Airport and will adjust your pick-up time automatically at no extra charge.
